About Us

Angelena Boden, BA (Hons) M.Soc.Sc. (Tourism) PGCE (FE), is a multi-lingual training professional with over 25 years of training experience, both in the UK and overseas. As a developer of customised programmes, she is keen to find cost and time-effective solutions for businesses of all sizes and is committed to helping them to become self-sufficient in meeting their training needs.

Angelena was the Master Trainer for the national tourism customer service scheme Welcome to Excellence for 15 years in England, and more recently for the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.


Her significant successes have included:-

  • Developed and delivered language and cultural awareness training for the Atlanta and Sydney Olympics and Euro 1996.
  • The Spirit of Greenwich – a training programme for the Millennium
  • Renewing Communities – tourism training on the Shankill Road, Belfast.
  • Darwin Welcomes the World – a Shropshire based customer service programme 2009.

Although her specialist field is tourism, leisure and hospitality, she has delivered training to a wide range of private businesses, public sector bodies and charitable organisations.

As Principal Trainer, Angelena likes to deliver much of the training personally in order to maintain the quality. She offers a complete package covering:-

Angelena is the founder and presenter of Fifteen Minute Trainer. She brings her years of experience, indepth knowledge and motivational training style to 6 x 15minute no-nonsense customer service modules which are available on HD DVD.

Anisa Haghdadi - Business Development Manager

Anisa is a student at Aston Business School. She brings fresh, creative solutions to the world of staff development in the 21st century.

Anisa has taken on responsibility for managing and developing the very successful Training Mats concept which has been used internationally since 1990.
