Dedicated Projects

Working with public/private sector partnerships, we have a strong track record in managing , developing and delivering destination/project based training programmes for specific events, promotions and campaigns to improve the quality of service and tourism destination sales.

Samples of projects include:

2008-9 Shropshire Big Birthdays – a dedicated series of workshops for tourism and retail staff working in Shropshire during the bi-centenary of Charles Darwin and other famous names.

2008-9 Renewing Communities - Tourism Training Development on the Shankill Road, Belfast.

1999-2008 Manx Welcome – implementing an island wide destination sales and customer service programme on behalf of The Department of Tourism Isle of Man.

1999-2007 Derby Diplomat programme – a city wide customer service and destination sales training programme.

1999-2000 – Spirit of Greenwich – preparing customer facing staff for the Millenium celebrations.

1996 - Atlanta Welcomes the World:- Language and Cultural Awareness Training campaign in Atlanta, Georgia for the 1996 Olympic Games.

2000 - As above for the Sydney Olympic Games.
